The most powerful of the Southern Barons is that of Wickham. Established in 792 TA, this large tract of land is abundant with rich resources. Mining in the Whispering Hills predates the establishment of the Barony by several hundred years and has long provided the rulers of this land with rich ores and precious metals. Prosperous farms along the Loudwater River and more recent logging camps in the Endless Forest have built the wealth of the current Baron Geoffrey Wickham. As a central hub of the trade routes between the north and south, the lands of this barony are well-traveled and guarded.
