Clan Hammerfist

Clan Hammerfist claims distant kinship to Thorin. While somewhat contested by the other Shadowyarn clans, the Hammerfist dwarves have proven themselves to be the best miners of precious ores and metal in the Reaches. Clan Hammerfirst is one of the few clans that will take in dwarves belonging to other clans, although they favor doing so with only the best and skilled of dwarven members. They also have the highest rate of exiling members who don't live up to their stringent standards. This clan possesses the largest mithril deposits in the Reaches, and it rumored that recent acquisitions include a supply of adamantite. Their clan symbol is that of a warhammer canted at an angle. The clan has two mountainholds south of the River White.
