Thaddeus Royce (deceased) - Royce was one of the King of Clubs experts in London cults – and was the primary investigator for finding new cults in the Empire. He was a researcher who had some field experience but no military or police training. Royce was a rail-thin man and died in his late thirties. His blond hair was turning grey, and he had the fair complexion and manner of an academic. Mr. Royce was killed by the Followers of St. Toad.
