Esmee Chambers Weremouth is the current Baroness of Weremouth. She is a tall, thin woman with long grey hair. While finely dressed, she seems uninterested in current fashions and trends. Unlike most of her peers, Esmee works within the City-State at the Library of Sarth where she met her husband, John Weremouth, Tenth Baron of the house. Esmee is, by all accounts, a dedicated wife and mother, but her true passion lies with the printed word. She is a voracious reader and collector of books.

Esmee is considered the preeminent scholar of Realm history, although she rarely writes or lectures on the subject. She has quietly amassed great knowledge and has been said to have almost total recall of any book she has read. Her knowledge of the obscure stacks of the library make her an invaluable resource. Twice she has been offered positions within the main collection at Sarth, but she has declined both offers and remains a fixture of Western Reaches nobility.

Rumors hold that Esmee is somehow involved in black market dealings for rare books, but she shows little interest in magical tomes - preferring to expand her understanding of past civilizations, rulers and the people.
